SHIPPING, RETURNS & FAULTS
FREE SHIPPING on Koco Tenille orders over $120.00!!!
Your orders will be handled & shipped with utmost care via Australia Post. Please contact us for a postage quote as all orders will be different.
Koco Home home & giftwares aren't currently online however should you know there is something we have that you would like we will be more than happy to post it to you. Call us on 0481 148 611 or contact us via social media to arrange your purchase.
RETURNS - Koco Tenille
We will be more than willing to replace faulty Koco Tenille products purchased via the online store, please contact us by phone, via email email@example.com or via the contact form on this site within 2 days of receiving the faulty goods. We will reply to your email/message within 24 hours.
RETURNS - Koco Home
Koco Home has a 10 day return policy allowing you to take your purchase home to see if it suits your space. If you aren't happy with your purchase please return the items to the shop within 10 days in the same condition they were purchased in, undamaged & clean.
Proof of purchase must be provided so please be sure to make sure that you accept a receipt at the time of purchase.
Body care, jewellery cannot be returned due to health & sanitation reasons.
Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned so please choose carefully when shopping.
Return your purchase within the 10 day period a full refund or we are also happy to exchange.
FAULTY PRODUCTS - Koco Home
Every time we receive stock it is carefully unpacked and checked for damage and faults. Stock is only placed on display if it is in perfect condition. Koco Home takes great pride in presenting you beautiful items and our stock is most carefully selected so that only good quality goes out to our customers.
Cushions and Throw rugs always have care instructions; please be sure to follow these instructions. Failure to do so will not be the responsibility of Koco Home.
If a product had a manufacturing fault, i.e. faulty zip, then we will be more than happy to assess the issue and contact our suppliers to sort out the problem.
HOLDS - Koco Home
We are more than happy to place items on hold for you. Items will only be held for 7 days; after this the product will be returned to stock. Should you need more time please call us to make arrangements.
LAY-BY - Koco Home
Sometimes some things are out of our reach; but we really really want them so we are more than happy to lay-by items for a period of 4 weeks.
A 25% deposit is required at time of layby & weekly payments are required thereafter.
Afterpay, ZipPay & other brands of these payment methods are not available at Koco Home.
